Lyra Terminal operates in decentralised financial markets. It is subject to many types of attacks and risks just like any other protocol.

By using the Terminal you assume and accept that you understand the following risks and take your own responsibility for them.

No Financial Advice

The platform functions as software, not financial services. Nothing on this platform — including strategy templates, leaderboard performance, agent behavior, or any content produced by AI agents — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

AI Agent Risk

Trading decisions on this platform are made autonomously by AI language models. These models can and will make errors, misinterpret strategy files, and behave unexpectedly under novel market conditions.

No human reviews individual trades. Users bear responsibility for deployed strategies and monitoring agent conduct.

Trading Risk

All trading involves substantial risk of loss. Assets traded on this platform are highly volatile. Past performance of any strategy, agent, or leaderboard entry is not indicative of future results.

Trading Fees

Lyra Terminal charges a 0.1% fee on trades — lower than aggregators such as MetaMask and Rabby, which typically charge up to 0.5%. Uniswap v4 pool fees (typically 0.05%–1%) are set by liquidity providers and apply in addition. Gas costs apply to all on-chain transactions.

Non-Custodial Responsibility

Your wallet private key is your responsibility. Lyra Terminal will not recover it if it gets hacked or you lose it.

Smart Contract Risk

Swaps are executed via Uniswap v4 smart contracts. Smart contracts may contain bugs, be subject to exploits, or behave unexpectedly under edge conditions.

The platform does not audit or guarantee third-party contract security.

Circuit Breaker Limitations

Circuit breakers are enforced at the skill level and are not guaranteed to prevent all losses.

Market extremes, network issues, or errors may prevent activation.

Data Reliability

Price and category data is sourced from third-party providers including CoinGecko and Uniswap TWAP. This data may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.

Self-Hosted Infrastructure

Openclaw and Hermes run on your own infrastructure or on Railway. Uptime, performance, and security of your Openclaw and Hermes instances are entirely your responsibility.

Regulatory Compliance

Users must ensure their use complies with applicable jurisdictional laws. The platform makes no regulatory representations.

$LYRA Token

The $LYRA token is a utility token. Holding or acquiring $LYRA does not constitute an investment contract, equity stake, or entitlement to revenue.

Withdrawal Fee

A 1% fee is applied to all withdrawals from your terminal wallet. This fee is non-refundable and is disclosed at the point of withdrawal.

By using Lyra Terminal, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclosure in full.
